Shown here in Hard Candy 'Hot Rod' Red Flake, it's a stunning bike... and completely unlike anything else from other manufacturers - showcasing a deep red with subtle faded flames that work from the front fender and stretch across the fuel tank, saddlebags and rear fender (at first glance you might even think it's a CVO!). The bars have been changed for a much taller and wider Ape hanger style for a more dominant riding stance and an even bigger presence on the road.
This 2017 Road King was among the first to receive the next generation Harley-Davidson powertrain, the Milwaukee-Eight 107 V-twin engine, which increased engine capacity to a staggering 1745cc's. It's smoother, stronger and more muscular than ever before, while delivering an unmistakable sound and crisp throttle response. What does this mean for the rider, you ask? 111.4 ft-lbs of torque at 3,250rpm.
Even better, this bike features a pair of Vance and Hines exhausts (plus Screamin' Eagle Air Filter cover) for maximum performance. Also included are the custom rider and pillion seat (with colour matched stitching), pannier rails, heel shifter, docking kit, engine bars and custom grips.
