Terms and conditions
1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a new model Cruiser or Grand American Touring Harley-Davidson unregisteredmotorcycle, excluding CVO and Icons variants, Trike models, Softail Standard, Fat Bob and Sport Glide variants through a Harley-Davidson Finance (“HDF”) financingprogram to receive a financing rate of 7.9% (seven point nine percent) APR Representative and 10% minimum deposit required while stock lasts.
3. The Promotion is available to customers from 13 June 2025 until 30 September 2025 (the “Promotional Period”) and offered subject to credit acceptance though HDF(a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd) in the UK
4. This offer is subject to Credit acceptance which is subject to status and approval and is only available to UK residents over 18. Credit in the UK is provided by HarleyDavidson Finance, a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd, St William House, Tresillian Terrace, Cardiff CF10 5BH. Blackhorse is authorised and regulated by the FinanceConduct Authority in the UK. Lending criteria and conditions apply (over 18s only).
5. Promotion available only at authorised Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United Kingdom.
6. Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make thisunavoidable, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
7. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not liable for, and customer releasesHarley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of thePromotion.
