IT'S AN EXTENSION OF YOU AND YOUR RIDING STYLE.
Have it your own way! Whether you're a Dark Custom buff or love it blinged up and chromed out, we have the in-house expertise to help you on your customisation journey. We are here to help you create the ultimate machine of your choice. From performance upgrades to fully blown accessorised bikes, West Coast is where you can create the bike of your dreams.
PROJECT hardtail
The customisation team began this ambitious project in the early months of 2022 with the plan to chop a donor Sportster Iron 833 and weld a bespoke hardtail frame. Senior Technician and welding extraordinaire Paddy Docherty spent hours of work carefully cutting and reassembling the unique frame, which when converted to a chain required further fabrication to the oil tank.
Add to this the 1200cc engine conversion, spoked wheels, custom handlebars and switch setup, sprung seat and much more... you're looking at a true custom that will turn heads wherever it goes.
Finished in Tangelo Orange with a custom design, this one off project was a joy to work on and can be occasionally seen at our Glasgow Bike Night events.

custom #35 – breakout 114
2022's custom creations have been inspired by paint designs that live right here on our walls. Following the success of Custom #34 we present one of the most beautiful paint schemes we've ever produced, plus a style and performance package to match.
The roads will rumble from the presence of Harley-Davidson's Seismic wheels, while the Vance and Hines Big Radius exhausts, coupled with Screamin' Eagle Heavy Breather, bellow a raw V-twin sound across the skies.
This is a one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle that ticks all the boxes and more.

PROJECT TURBO
We went big and bold with our most ambitious performance motorcycle yet, Project Turbo!
Working with Trask performance of Phoenix, Arizona, our team set about building a performance monster, which you see before you today.
Our resident Master Technician Keith Pyatt stripped this 2020 Harley-Davidson Low Rider S and was able to complete the bike within a matter of days from start to finish. Since its completion, Project Turbo has been tested on the Dyno, producing over 173 horsepower.
Think you could handle it?

BRAZEN CUSTOM #20
Chopped and blacked out from tip to tail, Brazen marked a change from our chrome projects, and boy did this bike hit the spot!
A Fat Boy 114 set the foundation of the project and, utilising the fabrication skills of West Coast Technician Pat Docherty, a new back end was produced, which also meant the need to produce a bespoke rear fender and seat, plus the addition of air suspension. There was also the matter of fabricating a one-off steel front scoop-type spoiler and painting it black along with a host of other parts on the build.

FERRIER'S FAT BOY CUSTOM #25
Our custom builds inspire customers, and this was truer than ever when customer John commissioned a Fat Boy 114 using style cues from 'Brazen'.
Remaining blacked out and chopped for a new back end, this bike also uniquely featured both matte and gloss finishes on areas such as the fuel tank and fenders, broken up by the red trim accents which also extended to the cylinder heads, brake calipers and more.
The style was further enhanced by the Kellerman Lighting Kit for a minimalist look.
BLACK ROCK CUSTOM #19

A 2014 Fat Boy was the base for this project, utilising the ideas and skills from the workshop team and the fabricating prowess of Pat Dochery, we made and adjusted the rear struts and fender placement we achieved the low profile look to hug the profile of the wheels finished in the matte paint then added Street Bob led headlight, mini beach handlebars, nostalgic grips and exile customs floating seat, Kuryakyn Velociraptor Air Cleaner and Vance and Hines Big Shots exhausts.
